Good company with management issues

Pros

Employees at the ground level are dedicated, charitable, and a great good of people. There is a work from home policy that cuts down on commute time. Some of the first level managers are fantastic.

Cons

Layoffs are a constant threat. Upper management does not provide information downstream. Promotions are seemingly based on cronyism. Employee benefits have been steadily decreased over the past few years in favor of shareholder benefits.

Pros

It wasn't always bad but now there are no pros

Cons

Horrible morale, horrible management. The higher up in management you go the worse they are, all the way to the top. Only the top, most senior executives are making money, the rest of us are making less every year as there haven't been raises in at least 4 years and bonuses are paying out less every year. You'd think there would be tons of extra money with all the people they are laying off!

Pros

Brand recognition in the FS industry

Cons

Too much busy work, downsizing, old technology and not enough attention is spent on the people.
