Pros

There are no pros , company is at it's worst moment ever, since bailout. Senior management has tried to concealed serious mistakes

Cons

No clear strategy. Everything is about cutting costs and every project is frozen. Employee morale is the lowest, of course if last year Peter Hancock told employees not to expect a long term career .. what was he thinking ? The result is what we are living today, there is no engagement. Talking about technology , we are working in the 90's.. still with excel spreadsheets.

Pros

AIG offers a very good work culture. The average age of the employees is less. A friendly environment. Flexible timings.

Cons

Too much of work pressure. Few managers exhibit zero work ethics. No incentives, bonus or whatsoever. Hard work is not valued.
