Benefit is good especially for long term employees - 401K and PTO

Cons

So many large scale layoffs on IT folks during the last 3-5 years. Lost many valuable talent/resources. More work left for the remaining workers with the unrealistic expectations.

absolutely little to no opportunity for advancements. no salary raises. bonus given was extremely small that is not based on your work. more responsibilities are given but no composition is given
