Great benefits, PTO, flexible work arrangements.

Cons

Minimal room for growth. Not enough feedback, rarely have opportunities for pay increase or to even talk about them. Bonus almost never paid out in full.

Some genuinely useful insights into how not to run a company - I have been able to breeze through interviews simply by being able to list easy solutions to the problems I saw.

Cons

Poor communication Friction between departments Management kick downwards if there's a problem they have caused

People are talented and committed.

Cons

The eadership seems to change direction every week. There is constant change and everyone comes to work each day expecting it to be the last. The majority of the people still working have not had raises, even cost of living increases in years.
