Pros

Large company with a global brand, many experienced colleagues, life/work balance (still) respected, good medical/retirement benefits

Cons

New management at the brink of turning the company around but hasn't shown enough leadership and solid solutions. Many new hire with consultants background on key management position with little business experience.

Pros

Company provides reasonable benefits (although they are declining) and vacation time.

Cons

Very little opportunity to advance or transfer. Each group works in a silo.

Pros

Decent benefits (401k, maternity, health options); solid actuarial student rotation program (raises, study time); PTO policy; multiple locations (although closing many offices)

Cons

Subpar total compensation; terrible mid-level and senior mgmt; constant fear of layoffs; overworked employees, senior mgmt talks like they don't care about employees anymore (only certain shareholders)
