Pros

Strong underlying company Organised performance review and structured/fair bonus calculation Truly multi cultural office environment

Cons

Highly political Ideas implemented from New York without any consideration for Global impact or implementation Obsession with cost management to detriment of control- savings will end up as additional expense in the longer term

Pros

I guess they pay ok, and there are some opportunities - more so than a small company. I guess .

Cons

Not sure how the whole learning excellence thing came about, because across the firm, learning professionals were the first ones to be let go in order to satisfy Carl Icahn's profitability goals. There's no learning. You're on you're own except what you can learn from your peers.
