      Good company to work based on your luck

      Pros

      Good people, good support, if you like to take initiative and if there is proper support from the top, there is always a door open for you. No work pressure.

      Cons

      Night shift with no allowance Haphazard hiring, where you will find your skills are not paid for. Various name sake position like process developer, junior manager, assistant manager, where job role is same. Right talent won't get recognized.
