-Moral is low/work life balance. I feel these two are connected. Working in production, you are expected to work long hours until the project is completed. Occasionally, work is even required on Saturdays. It really depends on your specific job role but 60+ hour weeks on a regular basis wouldn't be uncommon.
-Workforce dominated by white men, followed by white women, not much room for minorities. This doesn't necessarily h ave to be a problem, but a workforce dominated by one or two demographics tend to become stale and stagnant without the influx of new ideas.
-Very nepotistic in hiring practices, its who you knows you and more importantly who likes you. Since the entertainment is always in high demand, it is very difficult to progress your career. Some people are able to make the jump because of the people they know and not necessarily the skills they have.
