      Pros

      The boss is really kind and patient to employees. And we can learn a lot of new things from this intern. And the dinner provided there was really delicious.

      Good diversity; good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Not very forward thinking; very corporate. Lack of communication between groups and from upper management. Middle management and below feel like cogs in a machine and not appreciated for their hard work or used efficiently. Very siloed.
