      Only kerala people can work happily...for them it is like a home. No need work just enjoy by goosiping in their language.

      - Great benefits - Top-notch brand with some of the most high-quality programming among broadcast networks - Great perks (Disney theme park passes!) - Incredibly smart coworkers across various business units - Sales organization is incredibly smart - Really strong pulse on the importance of digital platforms, perhaps more so than the other broadcast networks

      Cons

      - Can be a bit hierarchical - Culture widely varies by business unit/network/department; - Company is a bit silo'd, so it's not the easiest place to network across departments/business units - Heavy internal competition for any job opening - Probably one of the most "corporate" networks in the entertainment industry - Diversity didn't always seem to be a priority - Younger employees tend to leave after a couple years
