Not good management salary is a bit low. Washrooms are a bit dirty. Need to work on this.

Management tries it's best to support devs. Company pays for conferences and training. Also overtime if project is close to deadline.

Cons

Internal tools and management hierarchy. Product design and services are bad. Need to have services and product requirements done BEFORE dev work.
