Tell you the truth we haven’t seen any pros come from Abb buying us out, just negatives. This place is bad.

Where to start, it’s really clear to see why abb plants have had employees go crazy in the past. The way they treat us at Baldor, it clear they don’t care at all for their employees. Anything they can take away they will. Baldor has become a penny pushing company, no overtime for employees, making employees do multiple jobs just so they don’t have to pay overtime, even tho we didn’t sign up for those jobs, no yearly raises, not even a cheap $50 gift card for the holidays, I’d say or vacation will be next, which is funny considering we heard Abb has a better vacation policy. Our profit sharing will be next after that, because god forbid they help the employees in anyway. It so bad at the plant, all you hear is how people are looking for jobs elsewhere, we just had most the young maintenance men put their two weeks in and the lead supervisor just up and quit. It’s such a negative work atmosphere, now all everybody is talking about trying to get a Union, maybe that’s what Abb wants so they can close us down.
