      Some of the people here are nice

      Cons

      Monkey tasks for everyone here with no chance to improve anything; GBS people cover purely marginal roles with a way unbalanced power balance favoring countries that outsource services here; Murky, confusing managerial strategies. Their attitude rewards passive and no-questioning mindsets. You are never asked to think.

      Great people, and a ver good work-life balance. I learned a lot, and it really helped me in my career.

      Cons

      Antiquated order systems that were created in-house that required a long list of "work-arounds" in order to get orders through. Very slow to change old ways.
