Cons
1. Maturity level of management is still needs improvement. 2. Bad Salary structure and if you get hired with below average salary, difficult to increase salary in later stages. 3. Although they call one ABB in all the presentations and webinars but internal reality is something very different. They have different policies and structure for different countries and when you compare these structure, It is easy to find that ABB is not different from all other company. Creating Bias in single organization.
