Mismanagement from very top down to middle management impacts business and eventually the employees pay a heavy price. Examples, whenever someone left the firm in Phoenix, their tasks were piled onto remaining staff, which was already clearly overburdened; customers were left waiting for service or parts replacement for years, in some cases; H1B staff were paid less than going labor market rates (which is illegal).
