Lots of learning in a chaotic environment

Pros

Lots of hands on experience. Freedom to express yourself. Exposed to decision making early in your career. Being a flat organisation structure , you will always be exposed to top management and you can walk in to any cabin without any intermediary.

Cons

Environment is chaotic . Being revenue driven leads to compromise in quality overall. From the personal point of an employee, not the best place to learn things systematically.
