The company offers many opportunities to work in different businesses and to have a great international experience if one desires to. In general, there is a very healthy and positive company culture that overrides individual personalities.

As in any big company, some processes are complex, lengthy and frustrating. While some business units are global leaders in their market segment, others lag the competition and often suffer constant reorganizations.
