      1. Great amount of online data available to develop one's knowledge 2. You have access to manufacturing practices of plants all over the globe 3. Lot of internal training programs conducted(though many of them are quite irrelevant to you) 4. One can have a sense of responsibility working on very important projects with almost no work exp.

      Cons

      1. Laid back work culture 2. Namesake MNC. A "chalta hai" attitude pretty predominant. 3. Not many development activities or international exposure. 4. Bad compensations.

      + Work life balance + Innovation + Good management + Great colleagues + Very international environment (5 continents, big presence in BRIC countries etc.)

      Cons

      - Low compensation - Boring, sometimes too easy jobs - Still big orientation towards Switzerland and Europe in general - NO internal consulting company (in comparison to Siemens, Bosch etc.) - HR is very bad
