Employees are given enough freedom to perform. Stable growth and work life balance reasonably good

Cons

Not many . Perks and Salary levels are not at par with industry standards. Only certain grades get majority of the benefits. Everyone is offered apple iPhones in europe and USA, but not in asian country which I consider s discrimination
