      Pros

      ABB has a great reputation for job security. They rarely fire or lay-off employees unless it is for special reasons. Benefits are good- You get culture and health benefit card (Edenred), health coverage and free heatlhcare as per the country regulations. Has multi-cultural teams and diversity is valued. Safety (since it is an electrical engineering company) and integrity are a top values.

      Cons

      The pay scale is observed to be lower than what industry competitors usually give. Managers do not receive the right kind of training to lead teams prior to becoming a manager so if you are lucky, you might get a good manager. Managers are typically selected based on their years of experience in the company.
