Pros
Pros are like if you are staying close to your manager and laughing on there non sense jokes then you will be getting better increments in salary and even promotion .
Cons
Local management spread in each and every department very cheap mindset people are working those who can’t see someone doing great in life so they will try to pull you down. There is no such working as engineer you just have to do donkey work and even managers asking foolish questions when you unable to complete that donkey work. Not much technically sound peoples working here. I can give advise if someone reading this review. If you are getting chance to work for ABB other than nashik location please go there. Global people have very different mindset and clear goal.
