Pros

You get free coffee and free fruits that company provides everyday. You can drink as much coffee as you can and as many times as you want. Lots of leisure time to think and do new things. You are your own boss and no body will bother you.

Cons

The system is flexible and difference between flexibility and arbitrariness is very think. I find it just arbitrary and not flexible.

Pros

Pay rate was quite a bit higher than other facilities in the city. Hourly work force was a different situation entirely.

Cons

Too many mid level managers making decisions rather than a few making good decisions. Not the best way to run a company
