Pros

The other employees. Very good benefits program including volontary ones. The incredible amount of knowledge within this company is astonishing. Good middle management.

Cons

Hard to find internal information since it is scattered among a lot of different places. Takes a long time to get things done since it has to be approved on so many levels.

Good Company and nice technology

Cons

No Vision, No document process, everybody about to retire with knowledge in their heads, Manager don't have any additional training. Employees can move in other position without additional training or Certification. No diversity. Company is not fully using SAP, still have manually process.

limited work space. Maybe better now because they have a new building.
