No value for the work you do. Not suitable for PhD as there is no vision for research.

Great work culture, diversity, facilities and relocation options

Cons

More incentives needed, communication between the management and engineers can be improved. ABB is like a bunch of smaller companies working together. Work experience in one group can be very different from the other.
