It's been 1 year working here in ABB, they are good payer at all. They are suppose to give me arrears for night shift but since 6 months no action taken. Managers are not good, HRs are Worst. And now they kept bonus also on hold. Never ever join this company.

Cons

Worst HRs and Managers, No one listen anything. Moreover if we go directly to HR then Managers come and ask why did you go to HR.

Interesting projects, nice colleagues, international environment, easy to reach by public transport, good benefits although they are being gradually reduced

Cons

It is rather difficult to move within the company, a lot of people stay in the same position for many hears before getting promoted
