Lack of growth opportunities unless they are traditional progressions and employee led. Lack of guidance of any sort from managerial level down. Managers take advantage of hard working employees by over using them until they leave the company while under using employees with lack of work ethic, allowing them to continue with no repercussions as an employee. CEO level promotes women focused employment but what they do not say is that they only promote it from a certain level employee higher. No focus on growing all women in the company, including base level women. Company will let go an employee that has been within the company for more than a decade to immediately hire someone with less experience and less qualifications from outside the company for cheaper.
