Affiliation with the top professional services firm in the world. Being trained by the best chartered accountants in the country. Learning the best practices of how the business is done. Learning and application of accounting standards, auditing standards, corporate and tax laws.

Cons

It becomes very difficult to juggle personal and professional lives with long working hours. The compensation during the training period is minimal and a major source of dissatisfaction
