The office I worked in had great people and I enjoyed working with all of them.

Cons

No new business in over 10 years Terminates employment without providing adequate and justified reasons Too many managers with very few individual contributors. Overall ratio was 3 mangers to 1 individual contributor - very rare for such a small company, worldwide Listened to those with “important titles’ over those whom were not as important or at a lower level. 1-2 salespeople for the US US Field Marketing Mgr was replaced with a person who has English as their 2nd language.
