      A close knit local US team, but not much strategic direction from HQ

      Pros

      Fun to use technology, great customers who are devoted fans and a colorful company history. Many employees have worked here a long time, and well-established routines keeps the amount of overtime work to a minimum.

      Cons

      Strict no-work from home policy makes it challenging for someone with a family or long commute. Don't hear much from the top management in France except to micromanage some details now and then.

      Pros

      People were great. Opportunities to grow within company were there. You could take on side projects that could lead to career growth in your area of interest. Benefits package was nice.

      Cons

      Salary was relatively low compared to similar jobs in the area. Management lacked direction. Sometimes felt shorthanded with lots of deadlines piled up.
