The first step was a game that measures some skills like how fast I respond or how strategically I am able to think. It felt a little bit weird to do this test. Besides, it was not a day I felt entirely focused. At the end of the game, they sent me another email approving I passed the test or complicated. I am not sure how they measure my abilities, because to be honest, I find these kinds of tests unnecessary. They cannot define the actual talents that I need for this specific position. I was disappointed. And I had to wait more than a month to receive a rejection email. I am very disappointed by this process. But of course, I wish to be a part of the IBM design team.
