What is your favorite feature about that tool? Describe an experience where you had to solve a user experience problem from start to finish. Describe the problem? What was your process and what tools or techniques did you use? What would be your approach in creating a new software application? What steps would you take? What are some ways of positioning a div/or its contents using CSS? In a work environment, what are the steps you would take if you run into a new technical problem? Give an example where you have shown initiative in your previous job or project. Given a situation where a design solution you proposed, is not well accepted by the project team, how would you go about supporting your design solution and resolving the conflict?
