You will be asked (this is a definite) a question to which your interviewers do not know the answer to. The question is to test you critical thinking skills. Something along the lines of how many cats live in Chicago, or how many cans of blue paint were bought in the US last year.
It was very conversational. They asked me to explain situations where I had to run a program, or see a project from beginning to end.

As the interview was almost a year ago, I cannot recall any exceptionally difficult questions. Their style was more conversational than question - answer.
