Similar to most other bank interview questions I had. Just have some answers for times with a difficult customer, times you gave superior customer service, and times you overcame specific objections to close the sale. As far as the roleplay, just make sure you ask a few qualifying questions before you improvise a sales pitch.

I had to pitch a sale of a product on the spot.
Tell me how you would sell a product to a customer ?
What do you know about US bank?
Will you be comfortable with many customer interactions both good and bad?
Tell me a time you had an upset customer and how you handled it
How many years do you have in banking experience?
When did you experience a change in the workplace and how did you adapt and what was the outcome? How would you get sale leads? Plenty of other questions that you have to tell what happened and the outcome of the situation
Why do you want to work in finance?
