This position can get fast-paced at the drop of a hat with emergency patients and so forth, will you be able to handle things getting very busy at a moment's notice?
How do you get along with other cultures? Do you work well with colleagues of other cultures?
Standard interview questions, asking strengths and weakness, not you handle stressful situations, etc.
Very standard questions... "How did you hear about us?" "What do you know about Michael Garron Hospital?" "Have you ever been involved in a customer experience related conflict and if so, how did you address it?" (If you haven't, then you have to talk about what you WOULD do) etc.
