1) "Could you outline your approach to the User Experience (UX) process?" 2) "Have you had the opportunity to facilitate UX workshops in the past?" 3) "Share an instance where a project did not unfold as planned. How did you navigate the challenges and adapt to the situation?" 4)"How do you effectively handle and incorporate constructive criticism or negative feedback in your design work?" 5)"In scenarios where a client expresses dissatisfaction with your designs, particularly concerning elements such as colors and images, how do you go about persuading them? Can you provide an example from your experience?" Additionally, you may be tasked with a practical review during the interview, where you will assess an app or website. The review should include identifying strengths and weaknesses, proposing improvements, and justifying your recommendations. Please be prepared to engage in this evaluative exercise during the interview.
