One of the recruiters asked repeatedly for me to explain why I had moved from one company to the other. I had explained in full but she continued to demand further explanation.
Tell me about a time when you challenged someone to do a better job. Describe a person you have had the most difficulty motivating. Tell me about a time when you failed to deliver on a work commitment. Provide an example when you helped someone improve their work performance.

My phone interview with HR was a quick screening type of conversational interview. Just discussing my last employment what were some of my duties and then she had time to tell me about the MIT program and briefly touched on pay benefits and how the process works. so far very positive experience but I’ve only had 1 of 3 interviews so I’ll add details as I can
