One of the most difficult questions I was asked during my interview was whether or not I would be satisfied in my role. I had done mostly creative work up to that point in my career, and was interviewing for a role in account management. The question threw me for a loop, but it meant a great deal to know that they genuinely cared about my happiness as a potential employee.
