In the first interview I presented myself and the HR rep presented the company and the basic tasks of the job. It was an evaluation if I were a good fit for the company and a brief introduction of my different experiences in acquisition. Second interview with a head of acquisition was more in-depth conversation about the company and the job (budget, acquisition channels, objectives, and relationship with the team) as well as a more detailed review of my skills and previous experiences. Third step, the case study, was related to the growth of the company through paid acquisition channels, my recommendations regarding growth and competition analysis. The case study took a few hours to complete, although I was given a few days, including a weekend. I presented the case study to the future manager. They got back to me fairly quickly with a positive answer and the last step included an interview, rather a conversation, with my closest teammate. Interviews were in English.
