Tell me about a time you dealt with a challenging situation and how you deal with an underperforming team member? Tell me how you manage change and how this motivates you? Why do you want to work for us and why should we give you the role? A lot of the questions were pretty hard but if you prepare you will be absolutely fine! It's on a STAR method - Situation, Task, Achievement, Result. As long as you answer in this order you will be fine.

The first 7 questions are very easy ( if I would travel, if I would work part time or night shifts, where I leave, which stores I prefer) . The other 3 questions :1) what I found interesting and appplied for the role, 2) What will you do if a colleague is underperforming, 3) you have 2 minutes to tell what ever you think from the above interview questions.
