1) Alex Mann: "I think your coworkers are stupid, non-technical people. Therefore, your work is never critiqued by others, so maybe 1/3 of your work is good, 1/3 is okay, and 1/3 sucks. Is this fair?" 2) Alex Mann: "QA is really tedious and boring and I think you would get bored... I had to write a test for a video game character going through a map 19,000 times..."
