Phone was generic HR round and other three interview rounds i will share
during the video interview, definitely two common questions: why you wanna work in this company? why you fit in the position? Besides, there are several situation-based questions, for example, will you help your colleague if you still have a job at hand? your priorities on balance between your own job and the job your colleague asked for help.
Nothing Technical, just wanted to know why I wanted to switch firms and get to know me as a person to see if there was "fit".
More of a natural conversation about my interests in general, interests about the company itself, where I plan on being in the future.
