The overall questions were very easy to respond to and they were all related to the role. 1. How do you handle a ticket you have no idea how to start the troubleshooting? 2. Tell me a time you solved an issue that required you to go above and beyond.
They didn't ask me anything. They were more interested about their brand than what an individual can do for their company. I think they were not intent on doing a S.T.AR./C.A.R. based interview. Nor would they be interested in hiring a person of my ilk disguised as "Corporate Fit".
