There were four rounds in the selection process: Group Discussion, Technical Interview, Managerial Interview, and HR Interview. Each round had different questions. The technical interview focused mainly on my technical knowledge and problem solving skills, while the other rounds assessed my communication and interpersonal abilities.
Under what management style do you perform best?
Usual Linux, Windows admin questions. Familiarity with ITSM tools and Incident management. Some questions about languages depending on your resume.
How would you handle a situation where an angry customer was saying this or doing this (some kind of rude, or inappropriate thing)?
What are your targets
How would you deal with a customer that knew absolutely nothing about the device you supply technical support to? They want to use it right away
