The usual behavioural interview questions. One rather specific question about why are you interested in the policy of sustainable resources and development. With a little research, not too bad to answer.
Durchsetzungskraft als Frau in einer männerdominierten Arbeitsumgebung? Stärken/Schwächen?
The 3rd interview in particular was an onslaught of behavioral questions, right after the other. The 2nd and 3rd interview repeated many of the same questions: --why do you want this job --how do you stay organized --tell me about a time you had a conflict + what you did to address it + what you learned from it (lots of three part questions) --tell me about a time you managed competing priorities --tell me about a time x, y, and z (I can't remember all of the questions they asked) --why should we hire you Honestly, I wish these interviews had felt more like a conversation. Just disappointing to get these same old questions that clearly they just googled and are asking candidates in a relatively thoughtless manner. I wish orgs would ask more thoughtful and customized questions and show more curiosity. Writing assessment was analyzing a bill and writing a memo (had 1.5 hours to complete it). HR forgot to send it to me at the designated time, and so I had to call and remind her to send it. Not an ideal experience. Overall, worrying HR convo; mediocre interview experience; a bummer to get ghosted.
