The most difficult part of my second interview was that seven people from the team that was hiring was present and that means seven different people were thinking of questions to ask of me. This interview lasted over an hour and it was draining answering all of their questions and not knowing if you were hired for several more days. Best advice: Stay calm, answer all questions to the best of your ability, and don't sit around waiting for a job offer that same day!
What have you done in a situation that was stressful?
Many questions were general PR questions; writing ability, interest in pr, social media experience, ect. Talking about my own personal interest in the position details helped keep the conversation moving and made it more lively.
