If you have n machines with a 10 GB string of characters on each, how do you find the most common character?
This was a new position for the company, so it was difficult for the interviewers in terms of relying on standard interview subject matter and questions. The position is a coordination-heavy role nested in the Fed TAM Pod, which is an organization that has a technical/engineering focus. The one major question I received from all (paraphrased here) was "What is the role of a Project Manager, and how do your actions and input relate to the rest of the company?"

Describe the computational complexity of a hash table
2nd round: Define a complex system that I recently worked on and why it was complex?
Describe an experience that you failed, and what did you learn from the failure, and did you change anything from the experience?
They ask a lot of technical questions. If you have experience they are fairly easy to answer. They will also ask you some potential problem solving questions, they have had and how would I solve it.
