They have basic project management questions and also ask you to define the logic to solve a problem (that can be solved programatically). For example, how many buses are needed for a particular bus depot given a specific schedule.

Telephone Interview was more situational: Tell about a situation where you had to deal with something and how did you handle it, what was the outcome? Onsite interview was mostly related to prior experience, not sure how the remaining onsite interviews would proceed
If a feature deliverable is falling between two teams and neither of them want to assume ownership and referring to the other team how do you address this?
