Tell me about a technical project you worked on and what sort of technical decisions you made.
1) Tell me about a time... xyz - disagreement between team members, a plan changed, etc. 2) Tell me about a time you had to solve a technical hurdle that may not have been identified by the engineers
About Technology and PM skills. Mainly about overall understanding of large scale web applications, web services and Enterprise Systems stack. Overall project management skills such as schedule/budget management, issues resolutions etc. Followed by hands on assignment to create a project plan and initiation meeting to start a project and analyze scrum teams performance based on data. Once the results were shared, there was no feedback for quite a while and then upon followup recruiter told they are not moving forward. In my opinion, I was at least expecting the comment on the assignment given to be fair.
