(1) Why Actian? (2) Have you used our product, and if yes, what is your feedback and how would you improve it? (3) How would you improve product adoption? (4) How does Actian compare to other similar products in the market? (5) Walk me through your career journey, and what are your career goals? My only constructive feedback to Actian is that they should have more structure around interview format for each round, and ask a few difficult questions around experience and on product management. I thought it was relatively much easier than other companies' interview processes. I'm just concerned you might hire incompetent people who may game the interview process.
