1. Technical (1 hour): It was taken by InterviewVector - Questions on resume (10 min) - Algorithm question on nested hashmap. I need to first explain the approach then write code (30 min) - Database question on indexing and also i need to write two basic queries for given problem (20 min). 2. Hiring Manager (1.5 - 2 hour): - Asked to pick 1 project of my choice and did a deep dive on that. Asked about my design choices, what are its shortcomings, what more can be done to make it more scalable. - Asked some behavarial questions around conflict resolution with team, task estimation & delivery etc. - Give me 5 things you can improve in your current organisation backend architecture/system.
